Refund Policy — Shop Women’s World


1. Eligibility

Refunds accepted if:

  • Item is defective

  • Wrong item was received

  • Item arrived damaged

Request must be made within 7 days of delivery.


2. Non-Eligible Items

No refunds for:

  • Used/worn items

  • Lingerie, underwear, shapewear

  • Clearance products


3. Refund Process

  2. Include photos + order number

  3. Wait 48 hours for approval

Refund issued after item is returned and inspected.
