1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that processing times do not include shipping time.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and local carriers:
- Europe: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom: 7–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control.
3. Tracking Information
All orders include tracking. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email within 2–5 business days.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that all shipping details are correct at checkout. If an order is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we may not be able to offer a refund or replacement. However, we will always do our best to assist you where possible.
